Bryan Smith brings his experience as a former teacher and school administrator to Carolina One Real Estate. Prior to joining the Carolina One team, he taught at Sullivan’s Island elementary school and more recently he served as the assistant principal for Buist Academy in Charleston. As an educator, he learned how to be detail oriented, a thorough communicator and a strong advocate for all his students.

As your Realtor, Bryan will be an advocate for you. Whether you are buying, selling or renting, he will work tirelessly to promote your best interests. If you are selling, he will work with you to get you the best price in the least amount of time by using state of the art technology, team collaboration and Carolina One’s superior marketing materials. If you are buying, he will work hard to provide you with the best information and market data to inform and assist you so you can be in the strongest possible negotiating position.

Bryan understands that buying and selling real estate can be stressful. As a full time Realtor, he will work hard to lower your stress level and make your experience as pleasurable as possible. He will accomplish this through constant communication, a detailed explanation of the process and by being accessible.

Bryan earned a bachelor and masters degree from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA. He has been an area resident since 2006 and in 2009 earned his principal’s license from the Citadel in Charleston. He recognizes the unique characteristics and benefits of living and working in the greater Charleston area.

When not assisting clients, Bryan enjoys spending time with his wife Melissa and their dogs, boating, traveling and watching football.
